Negative Declaration
Oneida County - The Town of Westmoreland, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Cartridge Filtration / Disinfection Improvement Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a new water cartridge filtration facility with disinfection improvements. The project is located at the Town Well Source Site at 90 Station Road in the Town of Westmoreland, New York.
