Negative Declaration
Schenectady County - The Planning Board of the Town of Niskayuna, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Homestead Place at Antonia Park - Section 9 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the subdivision of 8.40 acres of land into 8 single family building lots (phase 1) with the potential for future development. The access to these lots will be via an extension of Polsinelli Drive where it presently exists as a stub road on Rowe Road. The first phase of the project will end in a temporary cul-de-sac with the potential for an additional 9 lots (phase 2) if the connection to Saint Gerald Drive is made. The project is located at Polsinelli Drive and Rowe Road in the Town of Niskayuna, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final Supplemental GEIS
Albany County - The Town of Colonie Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Supplemental Generic Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Canterbury Crossing Planned Development District. Copies of the Draft and Final SGEIS may be obtianed from the contact person listed below or on the Colonie Town website at: www.colonie.org/pedd, under Planning Initiatives and Reports. The action involves a proposed rezoning from Single-Family Residential to Planned Development District, and development of 78 single family lots, 42 carriage homes, 152 multi-family condominium units, 58 senior citizen condominium units, 30,000 square feet office space, and 6,000 square feet retail space. The project is located at 1035 Loudon Road in the Town of Colonie, New York.
