Negative Declaration

Oswego County - The Oswego County BOCES, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Additions and Alterations to the Oswego County BOCES Campus will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Oswego County BOCES plan to add additional building space by combining services into a more centralized location. This may involve building additions of over 10,000 square feet. A new building may be included. Pedestrian/vehicular circulation will be improved and wooden structure buildings will be removed. The BOCES may also clear areas for its heavy equipment course work or other outdoor programs. The project is located at 174 County Route 65 in Mexico, New York.
