Project Description:

This is a second notification of a permit application which P & M Brick, LLC has submitted to the Department for a permit to construct and operate a Construction and Demolition (C & D) debris processing facility on the east side of State Route 144 at the former P & M Brick Factory site. The facility would process approximately 1,000 tons per day of materials such as concrete, masonry, asphalt pavement, brick, soil, rock and uncontaminated wood. These materials would be transported to the facility by barges and trucks. Once the materials are processed they will be utilized for various construction projects.
