Cattaraugus County - The Village of Allegany Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Changes in the Allowable Uses within any Zoning District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of changes of the allowable uses within any zoning district. The project is located village wide in the Village of Allegany, New York.

Erie County - The Town of Amherst Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Sexually Oriented Uses Local law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the proposed Local Law amendments of various sections of the Town Zoning Ordinance including definitions and allowable uses in various zoning districts, and creates new sections relating to standards for sexually oriented businesses. The project is located town wide in the Town of Amherst, New York.
