Negative Declaration
Jefferson County - The Town Board of the Town of Watertown, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Watertown Water District #4 Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the replacement of approximately 2,000 lineal feet of 4" ductile iron pipe with 8" ductile iron pipe along Route 11; upgrade the existing elevated water storage tank and consolidate telemetry controls for the tank. The project is located along NYS Route 11 in the Town of Watertown, New York.

The action involves the construction of approximately 6,500 lineal feet of water main on County Route 202 to complete a loop between NYS Route 3 and NYS Route 12E. The project is located along County Route 202 in the Town of Watertown, New York.

The action involves the reallocation of a portion of the flow from Sewer District No. 2 to Sewer District No. 3 by constructing approximately 2,800 lineal feet of sewage transmission main within Salmon Run Mall and along Salmon Run Mall Drive to connect to an existing manhole within Sewer District No. 3 near Ryder Trucking. The project is located along Salmon Run Mall and Salmon Run Mall Drive in the Town of Watertown, New York.
