Pursuant to the Environmental Conservation Law sections 3-0301, 11-0303, 11-0305, 11-0306, 11-0315, 11-0317, 11-0319, 11-1301, 11-1303, 11-1305, 11-1501, 11-1503, 11-1505, 13-0105 and 13-0339 the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) hereby gives notice of the following:
Notice of Adoption to amend 6 NYCRR Parts 10, 35, 36 and 40 relating to hickory and American shad. This notice will be published in issue 35 of the State Register, dated August 27, 2008.

Supplemental Notice
Availability of Final Generic Environmental Impact Statement for 6 NYCRR Part 242, 6 NYCRR Part 200 (General Provisions): CO2 Budget Trading Program as supported by 21 NYCRR Part 507: CO2 Allowance Auction Program
On August 20, 2008, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, published a notice in this bulletin of its acceptance of the Final Generic Environmental Impact Statement (FGEIS) on the proposed CO2 Budget Trading Program (6 NYCRR Part 242, as proposed, and revisions to 6 NYCRR Part 200), as supported by the CO2 Allowance Auction Program (21 NYCRR Part 507, as proposed).
