The applicant proposes to remove the existing 1093 sq. ft. single family dwelling and accessory structures and construct a new 1895 sq. ft. one-story single family dwelling on pilings with decks, sanitary system, gravel driveway and well. A substantial portion of the property will be re-vegetated with native species to serve as a buffer between the proposed structures and the wetland. The project is located within the 100 ft. adjacent area of freshwater wetland #SA-1 and within 300 ft. of the tidal wetland boundary.
