Project Description:

The restoration of a defunct private road through a class III state regulated wetland (F-18) to provide the landowner access to the back of the property. Project will include clean fill to be deposited for 175 feet through the wetland. When complete, the road will be approximately 30 feet wide at the base and 15 feet wide at the crest with two 24" culvert pipes to allow water to pass freely.

Project Description:

A new garage and driveway will be constructed. The construction of the driveway will involve 50'x50' of fill in the 100' buffer of a class 1 state regulated wetland (H-11). The garage will be located outside of the wetland and the 100' buffer area.
