Project Description:

The applicant proposes to remove an existing single family dwelling and replace it with a two-story single family dwelling. A shed, deck, and boardwalk are proposed to be removed. Two other decks and a walkway are proposed to be removed and replaced in-place. A new sanitary system is proposed to be installed. A portion of both the existing and proposed dwelling and associated structures are located in a NYSDEC-regulated vegetated tidal wetland.
