Negative Declaration
Broome County - The Town of Chenango Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Walnut Grove Estates Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposed 8 lot subdivision which will consist of the development of 2.8 acres of the 5.9 acre lot. Each lot will be a minimum of 12,000 square feet. There will be no parks, street lights, curbs or gutters in the proposed subdivision. Each lot will be connected to municipal sewer as an outside user and be included into the water district #25 extension, contingent upon the construction of the water storage tank on Poplar Hill Road. The project is located at 157 Poplar Hill Road in Town of Chenango, New York.

Onondaga County - The Town of Marcellus, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Limeledge (Marcellus) Water District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of approximately 59,000 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water mains and appurtenances, a booster pumping station, and improvements located within the Village of Marcellus water system. The project is located in the Town of Marcellus, New York.
