Construct a 700 +/- foot dock/boardwalk, on floats across freshwater wetland OTV-15, to provide access to Tully Lake. The purpose project is located on the applicant's property east of Lake Road approximately 1/2 mile from Long Road.

Project Description:
Oswego County proposes to modify the existing solid waste permit for the Energy Recovery Facility to include a ferrous recovery system. The magnetic system would remove metals from the incinerator ash for recycling instead of disposal in the Bristol Hill Landfill. The County expects to recycle 2,000 tons per year. The application, project plans and draft permit are available for review in the Syracuse Office.
