Negative Declaration
Steuben County - The Town of Hornby, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law # 1 of 2008 - Amending Town Zoning regarding Wind Energy will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the amendments of Town Zoning in regard to Wind Energy Conversion units to be constructed in the Town. The project is located town wide in the Town of Hornby, New York.
