Project Title: Adirondack Homes at North Street

Project Description: The project is the subdivision of 427 ± acres into 48 lots, thereby creating 44 new building lots ranging in size from 0.947 ± acres to 46.692 ± acres. All of the new building lots are proposed to be serviced by individual wells and on-site wastewater treatment systems. Lots 1 - 24 and Lot 44 will be accessed directly from North Street, a Town owned and maintained road. Lots 25 - 43 will be accessed from Airport Road and Taxi Way, proposed private roads that are adjacent to an existing private airport. Lots 25 - 43 and lots 5, 6 and 7 will be part of a proposed homeowners association to be known as "Old Forge Airport HOA, Inc." The HOA will own and be responsible for Lot 45, a 40 ± acre lot containing the Airport and private access roads. Lots 46 and 47 are "out parcels". Lot 46 will be retained by the applicant and Lot 47 will be sold to the Town of Webb. Lot 48 is another private road that extends westerly from North Street to lands of the State of New York.
