Negative Declaration
Erie County - The City of Buffalo Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Renovation of 640 Ellicott Street will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the renovation of a semi vacant four story, 109,000 square foot structure located in the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. The project is located at 640 Ellicott Street in the City of Buffalo, New York.
