Negative Declaration
Suffolk County - The Planning Board of the Town of Brookhaven, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Site Plan Application of Turning Point Commons will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the site plan application for the construction of 27,910 square feet of retail stores, Special Use Permit for a Restaurant in a J2 Business District and parking variance along with related site improvements. The project is located on the north side of Route 25A in Mount Sinai in the Town of Brookhaven, New York.
