Negative Declaration
Allegany County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Township of Allen Sand and Gravel Mine will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the proposed 12 acre gravel mine on a 20 acre parcel to supply sand and gravel to the Township of Allen. The project is located east of County Route 26 and south of Van Allen Road in the Town of Belfast, New York.

Chautauqua County - The Town Board of the Town of Villanova, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Noble Ball Hill Windpark LLC may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the construction of multiple wind energy generating turbines, plus related utility infrastructure, substation, and access roads. The project is located in portions of the Town of Villenova and Town of Hanover, New York.
