Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The City of Rochester Director of Zoning, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed North Baptist Church Expansion will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 17,000 square foot, 739 seat auditorium/community center addition to the front of the existing North Baptist Church, including the demolition of a 360 square foot annex, and to expand the parking facilities behind 2080 St. Paul Street and onto the properties at 50 and 66 East Ridge Road. The project is located at 2052 and 2080 St. Paul Street, and 42, 50 and 66 East Ridge Road in the City of Rochester, New York.

Monroe County - The City of Rochester Director of Zoning, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Premier Metals will not have a significant adverse environmental impact.
