Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS and Public Hearing
Cayuga County - The Town of Cato, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Ira/Cato Joint Comprehensive Plan. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on September 4, 2008 at 8:00 p.m. at the Town of Cato Municipal Building, 11320 Short Cut Road, Cato, NY 13033. The action involves the adoption of a comprehensive plan which is to provide guidance to local officials and residents as they work to accommodate future physical growth and development of the community. The project is located in the Town of Cato, New York.
