Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct a two story single family dwelling, deck, swimming pool, terrace, sanitary system, pervious driveway, and well within the 100 foot adjacent area of NYS regulated freshwater wetland SA-69. The proposed dwelling is located 72 feet from the wetland boundary determined by the Town of Southampton and the proposed sanitary system is located greater than 100 feet away. The project is located on the northwest corner of Deerwood Path and Deerfield Road, Noyack, Town of Southampton, SCTM #900-29-2-49.1.
