Negative Declaration

Jefferson County - The Town Board of the Town of Alexandria, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Alexandria Recreational Park Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of athletic fields, access road and parking areas on vacant parcel of land owned by the Village of Alexandria Bay. The project is located on Carnegie Bay Road in the Town of Alexandria, New York.

Jefferson County - The Town Board of the Town of LeRay , as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of the Town of LeRay Commercial Corridors Design Guidelines and Local Law Amending the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of LeRay will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of the Town of LeRay Commercial Corridors Design Guidelines and adoption of a Local Law amending the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of LeRay to implement the design guidelines. Specifically, the design guidelines apply to non-residential and multifamily development in the following zoning districts in the Town of LeRay:

• BR-1 Business;
• BR-2 Business and Residential;
• DD Developing District;
• IND Industrial; and
• PDD Planned Development District.

The project is located throughout the Town of LeRay, New York.
