Negative Declaration
Queens County (Queens) - The New York City Industrial Development Agency, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed FedEx Ground Package, Inc. and Astoria Steel will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction, furnishing and equipping of a new approximately 225,265 square foot business to business and business to residential small package transportation center on the former Consolidated Edison property in Astoria, Queens, on an approximately 927,392 square foot parcel of land. The project is located at 31-10 20th Avenue, Astoria, New York.
