Negative Declaration
Cayuga County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Zwigard Property - Geothermal Plate Heat Exchanger will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the placement of a stainless steel geothermal lake plate heat exchanger in Cayuga Lake. The project is located at 331 Main Street in Aurora, New York.
