Denis and Carol Kelleher - Applicants propose to construct a two-story single-family dwelling with an on-site waste water treatment system on a 17,334 square-foot parcel they own on Westminster Road in Water Mill, Town of Southampton, Suffolk County.
A legislative hearing will be held on July 15, 2008 at 10:00 am. An issues conference will be held immediately following the legislative hearing. All filings for party status to participate in the adjudicatory hearing must be received no later than 3:00 pm on July 7, 2008.
Stage 1 (Chesapeake Appalachia, LLC) - The Department proposes to issue a compulsory integration order pursuant to ECL 23-0901 integrating mineral interests within the spacing unit for the Stage 1 well listed above. Objections to the draft order for the Stage 1 well were raised at a compulsory integration hearing, which resulted in the referral to the Department's Office of Hearings and Mediation Services for adjudicatory proceedings.
A legislative hearing to receive unsworn comments about the proposed integration order will be held on July 16, 2008 at 5:00 pm. A pre-adjudicatory hearing issues conference will be held at a time and place to be announced later. All notices of appearances and all petitions requesting full party or amicus status to participate in the issues conference and any subsequent adjudicatory hearing must be received no later than 4:00 pm on July 9, 2008.
Whitesville Field (East Resources Inc) - Applicant proposes to produce oil and associated natural gas from the Fulmer Valley sandstone in the Whitesville Field. The area proposed for drilling is approximately 20,000 acres in size, including approximately 440 acres in the southeast corner of the Town of Willing, Allegany County.
A legislative hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2008. A pre-adjudicatory hearing issues conference will be held at Whitesville Central School, immediately following the legislative hearing, and will continue on Wednesday, July 16, 2008, at 9:00 am, as necessary.
