Project Description: The Department of Environmental Conservation has approved a TRP application (#4744) to allow Kevin Thompson Excavating & Trucking, Inc. to clean ditches and regrade the entrance of road to Camp Harriman at the end of Colgate Road.

Schenectady County - The Town of Glenville Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Public Safety Training Center will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the lease agreement between the Town of Glenville and a consortium of five public entities to authorize the construction of a public safety training center on a Town owned 12.54 acre parcel.. The project is located at Vley Road and Vley Road Extension in the Town of Glenville, New York.

Albany County - The Albany Convention Authority, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Convention Center. The FGEIS is available for inspection at the Office of the Albany Convention Center Authority, 386 Broadway Albany, New York 12207 and online at: www.accany.com. The action involves the construction and operation of a Convention Center. The project is located in the area surrounded by Broadway, Madison Avenue, State Street and South Pearl Street in the City of Albany, New York.

The action involves the generic environmental review of a multi-use destination retail park to be located on 330 ± acres with 1.39 million square feet of mixed commercial/retail space and associated infrastructure including improvement to Route 9W, on site wastewater treatment plant, and improvements to municipal water system. The project is located at Route 9W and I-87 Exit 21B in the New Baltimore, New York.
