Project Description:

The applicant proposes to rebuild a previously existing 200-ft long by 9-ft wide road across Freshwater wetland (FWW) CE-8. Applicant will also construct a 8-ft by 10-ft bridge over an unnamed tributary to Furnace Creek (a Class C (TS) stream). Work will include placement of approximately 10 cubic yards of #1 and #2 stone to fill ruts and provide support to bridge. Bridge will consist of 3" x 8' decking on beam construction supported by two 10' logs along stream bank. Stream bank will be sloped to 2 feet horizontal to 1 foot vertical. Purpose of the road is to access back portion of property.
