Negative Declaration
Erie County - The City of Buffalo Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 2nd Floor Deck Extension will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves proposal of a deck addition at the Pearl Street Grill and Brewery. The deck is an approximatley 497 square feet extension of the existing deck. The new deck will be an addition to a number of decks recently completed on this building. The project is located at 72-76 Pearl Street in the City of Buffalo, New York.

Niagara County - The Village of Lewiston, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Commercial/Residential Development will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of a site to include 2,320 square feet of retail/commercial space and 27 residential units. The project is located at 445 Ridge Street and 458 and 460 Center Street in the Village of Lewiston, New York.
