Negative Declaration
Schuyler County - The Town of Montour Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a proposed comprehensive plan and a proposed zoning law as the zoning ordinance for the Town of Montour. The project is located throughout the entire Town of Montour outside the Village of Montour, New York.
