A Notice of Complete Application for the SPDES permit for AES Somerset, LLC appeared in the May 21, 2008 Environmental Notice Bulletin. The Department, in fact, has not determined this application for a permit modification to be complete and is retracting the Notice of Complete Application. Department staff will issue another Notice of Complete Application in the future and will accept public comments at that time.
