Negative Declaration
Monroe County - The Town of Pittsford Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Oak Hill Commons, Site Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of 21,000 ± square feet of new office and retail space across from the Historic Spring House Restaurant. The project is located at 3000 Monroe Avenue in Pittsford, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS and Public Hearing
Monroe County - The Town of Brighton Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Reserve at Brighton. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on June 11, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. at the Brighton Town Hall, 2300 Elmwood Avenue, Town of Brighton, NY 14618. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until June 23, 2008. The action involves an application for incentive zoning and rezoning to allow construction of a 336 unit planned residential community with a mix of housing types on 63 + acres. The project is located south of I-590, north of the Erie Canal, east of South Clinton Avenue and west of Winton Road South in the Town of Brighton, New York.
