Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The Penfield Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed House of Prayer Ukrainian Pentecostal Church will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an application for Preliminary and Final Subdivision and Site Plan approval and locally-issued Environmental Protection Overlay District permit to construct a 9,600 square foot church with associated parking on 5 acres located at 3768 Atlantic Avenue to be known as House of Prayer Ukrainian Pentecostal Church. The project is located at 3768 Atlantic Avenue, Town of Penfield, Monroe County.

Monroe County - Monroe County, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Greater Rochester International Airport Parking Garage Expansion will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of an addition to the existing parking garage structure at the Greater Rochester International Airport. The addition would be immediately west, and adjacent to the existing structure. The three level addition would include a total of approximately 270,000 square feet and match the existing structure. The new structure would provide 780 parking spaces. The project is located at 1200 Brooks Avenue in Rochester, New York.

Positive Declaration

Genesee County - The Town of Batavia Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Genesee Valley Agri-Business Park may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the creation of a 307.3 acre Genesee Valley Agri-Business Park, a multi-phased industrial and agri-business development located within the Town of Batavia. The first phase of the project consists of site planning and preparation, including the design and construction of an internal roadway, access to/from NYS Route 5, the state highway adjacent to the property, subdivision of the property, site infrastructure (e.g. water, sewer, electric/cable and natural gas lines) and site grading and fill. This project will also include off-site infrastructure improvements, specifically related to water and sanitary sewer. The Genesee Valley Agri-Business Park will provide the Town of Batavia and surrounding region with a defined area for concentrated business and industrial development that directly meets the needs of the agricultural community of Genesee County and beyond. The project is located at NYS Route 5, Town of Batavia, New York.
