Cultural resource lists and map have been checked. No registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

Project Description:
The applicant is applying to change their Part 360 Research, Development and Demonstration (RD/D) Solid Waste Management permit into a non-RD/D permit. The only change is to add whey to the permit (it is currently on their RD/D permit, which will expire if this permit is issued); otherwise the waste remains the same as requested in the original RD/D permit, which was for a manure and 18,000 gallons per day food waste anaerobic digester at the Patterson Farm, 1131 Aurelius-Springport Townline Road, Town of Springport, Cayuga County. The facility currently has an Air Registration for one engine.
