Negative Declaration

Greene County - The Town of Prattsville, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of the Batavia Kill Stream Management Plan, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The Greene County Soil & Water Conservation District (GCSWCD) in partnership with the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYC DEP) Stream Management Program have developed a comprehensive Stream Management Plan for the Batavia Kill. The Town of Prattsville is seeking to adopt the Stream Management Plan as a working guidance document. The stream management plan covers the entire Batavia Kill corridor in New York.
