Negative Declaration

Oswego County - The Oswego County Legislature, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Oswego County Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the updates to the existing Oswego County Comprehensive Plan. Specific sections to be updated include Infrastructure, Transportation, Community Facilities and Demographics. The project is located throughout all of Oswego County, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Tompkins County - The Town of Ithaca Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Ithaca College Athletics and Events Center. The action involves the construction of ± 300,000 square feet of indoor athletic facilities including an indoor 200 meter track with practice / game field, Olympic size pool and diving well, tennis courts, rowing center, gymnasium, strength and conditioning center, and floor space for large events. Outdoor facilities include a lighted artificial turf field, a 400 meter track with open space for field events, and lighted tennis courts. The project is proposed in several phases and will also include the construction of ± 1,002 parking spaces (687 displaced and 315 new spaces), relocating overhead power lines, construction a new loop road, walkways, access drives, stormwater facilities, lighting, and landscaping. The project is located on the eastern side of the Ithaca College Campus near the Coddington Road campus entrance in the Town of Ithaca, New York.
