Negative Declaration
Oneida County - The Board of Education - Utica City School District, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Utica City School District Capital Improvement Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the a series of upgrades, renovations and additions to each of twelve (12) School District buildings, administration building, support structures and athletic facilities. Upgrades range from simple cosmetic and electrical to classroom & office expansion/renovation, and sports facility renovation. The project is located district wide in the Utica City School District in the City of Utica, New York.
