Notice of Availability - DEC Region 4 Quarterly Reports of Administrative Use of Motor Vehicles and Aircraft in the Forest Preserve:
There were no activity logs submitted documenting the administrative use of motor vehicles and aircraft within the Forest Preserve in DEC Region 4 (Greene and Delaware Counties) for the time period, January 2008 through March 2008.

Otsego County - The Village of Cooperstown Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Verizon Wireless - Construction of a Telecommunications Facility will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of an unmanned public utility/personal wireless telecommunications facility with six (6) antennas hidden the bell tower of the the Otsego County Court House and related electronic equipment located on the ground adjacent to the Court House. The applicant proposes to install a 12' X 26' prefabricated shelter on a concrete slab. Coax cable will be run from the shelter underground to the bell tower, then up the inside to the antennas. The project is located at 185 and 193 Main Street, Copperstown, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS
Columbia County - The Town of Stockport Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Holmes Estates at Columbia Springs Planned Development District. The action involves the creation of a Planned Development District (PDD). The proposed construction will include 112 residential units configured in three clusters consisting of seventy-six (76) single-family homes, with lot size a minimum of 0.25 acres and 60-feet of frontage, thirty-six (36) townhouse units and will provide over 88 acres of open space. All units will be provided municipal water and sewer service. Access to the site will be via two entrances. The single-family units will access NYS Route 9 and Sunset Boulevard by a new road at the southern end of the site and the townhouses will access NYS Route 9 by a private entrance at the northern end of the site. In addition, a future road extension in the subdivision will be provided to connect Firehouse Road via the Town of Stockport's land to the south. The project is located on Route 9 in the Town of Stockport, New York.
