Negative Declaration

Genesee County - The LeRoy Central School District, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Shared Community and School District Recreational, Athletic and Fitness Park will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a full size rectangular field for community soccer leagues and scholastic varsity / junior varsity team practices and games; a full size baseball field for community and scholastic use; a full size softball field for scholastic and community use, associated parking; restroom facilities and drainage improvements. The project is located at South Street Road in the Town of LeRoy, New York.
