Negative Declaration
Onondaga County - The Onondaga County Health Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed use of Vectolex CG, Vectobac CG, Agnique MMF, BVA 2, GB-1111, and Altosid XR as larviciding agents in Onondaga County, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the application of Vectolex CG, Vectobac CG, Agnique MMF, BVA 2, GB-1111, and Altosid XR to known mosquito breeding sites such as woodland pools, ditches, catch basins, culverts and other stagnant water sources. Open flowing water and wildlife management areas are not treated. These applications occur from May to September annually. All pesticide applications will be done according to label directions and under the supervision of a certified pesticide applicator. The project is located at Mosquito breeding sites within Onondaga County.
