The applicant proposes to install one geothermal supply well rated at 54 GPM to a depth of 50 feet and a secondary diffusion well to a depth of 60 feet. One potable water well rated at 20 GPM is also proposed to be installed and an existing well is to be used for irrigation purposes only. An existing distribution well is to be properly abandoned. The property is located on Beach Lane, Wainscott, Town of East Hampton, Suffolk County.
