Negative Declaration

Chautauqua County - The Village of Westfield, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Local Law #1 of 2008 - Changes to B1 and B1A Zoning Districts will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a local law amending the Village Zoning Code to modify the boundaries of the B-1 District, create a new B-1A District, and adopt or modify the uses permitted in each district. The project is located village wide in the Village of Westfield, New York.
