Negative Declaration
Oswego County - The Town of Hastings, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Route 11 North/Fuller Road Water District - Phase D will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of approximately 33,410 linear feet of 8 inch and 4,600 linear feet of 12 inch ductile iron water main and appurtenances. The water mains will be located along all or part of Cowen Road, Hogsback Road, Carrie Lane, U.S. Route 11, Phyllis Lane, Delta Avenue, Howard Street, Melody Avenue, Belva Boulevard, Ruth Lane, Bardeen Road, and Switts Drive in the Town of Hastings, New York.
