Negative Declaration
Westchester County - The Rye City Planning Commission, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 1 Anchor Drive Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the subdivision of an approximately 1.6 acre property into two building lots and the preservation of an existing residence. The project is located at 1 Anchor Drive in the City of Rye, New York.
