Nassau County - The Nassau County Legislature, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Transfer of the former GRUMMAN/ Naval Weapons Industrial Reserve Plant will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the transfer of the former GRUMMAN/ Naval Weapons Industrial Reserve Plant from the United States Navy to the County of Nassau for eventual redevelopment. The ultimate goal of the County is to redevelop the 105 acre property in accordance with the wishes of the Officials and Residents of the Town of Oyster Bay. While the transfer of the property will not result in any impact to the environment, any future redevelopment plans beyond this transfer including but not limited to re-zoning, subdivision and site plan approval will require further environmental review under SEQRA. The project is located on South Oyster Bay Road in the Town of Bethpage, New York 11714.

Suffolk County - The Planning Board of the Village of Sag Harbor, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Bulova Watchcase Factory Restoration will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an application by Sag Development Partners, LLC for site plan approval from the Planning Board for the restoration, rehabilitation and redevelopment of a 2.29 acre parcel containing the former Bulova Watchcase Factory into a 65 unit residential community and the applications to the Village of Sag Harbor for a special use permit and variances for the proposed redevelopment. The project is located on the north side of Sage Street, the south side of Washington Street, the east side of Church Street and the west side of Division Street in the Incorporated Village of Sag Harbor, New York.
