The driveway will provide access off East Mountain Road North (east side) to an upland area for a new single-family residence. The house, well and subsurface sanitary disposal system will all be located out of the wetland and its 100 foot adjacent area. The design of the driveway is intended to maintain water flow under the driveway and includes several 36 inch diameter, half culverts and a porous stone subbase placed upon a geo-textile fabric.
