Yates County - The Village of Penn Yan, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendment to Subdivision Chapter of Code: Exemption and Sidewalks will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the amendment of the Subdivision Chapter of the Code of the Village of Penn Yan providing for a lot line adjustment exemption from Subdivision Rules and a sidewalk mandate. The project is located throughout the Village of Penn Yan, New York.
