Albany County - The New Scotland Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law # 2 of 2008 of the Town of New Scotland will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the amendment of the Town of New Scotland's Zoning Law to allow the construction of Senior Citizen Housing. Any specific application to construct Senior Citizen Housing would, under local law, require Planning Board and/or Town Board approval. All environmental issues would be reviewed at the time of the application on a project specific basis. The project is located in the entire Town of New Scotland, New York.

Rensselaer County - The Schodack Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Schodack Water Districts 1, 3 and 7 System Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of water system improvements to existing Schodack Water Districts 1, 3, and 7 with an interconnection to the Village of Castleton water system. The improvements include the installation of approximately 5,500 feet of new 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 24 inch ductile iron pipe water main, hydrants, valves and appurtenances. Pump station work includes electrical, control, and structural improvements. The project is located in the Town of Schodack, in various locations, primarily under existing streets and across public and private lands. Locations include the pump station adjacent to Clearview Boulevard, Sand Road, VanHoesen Road, and Maple Crest Drive in the Town of Schodack, New York.
