Negative Declaration
Erie County - The Town of Amherst Zoning Board of Appeals, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Retail / Office Development will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the petitioner's proposal to construct a 14,564 ± square foot retail building and partially demolish and reuse an existing 37,330 ± square foot building for offices, with associated parking, two curb cuts to North Forest Road and one to Maple Road. The project is located on a 4.27 ± acre parcel at the southwest corner of North Forest Road and Maple Road and is directly across the street from Ellicott Creek at 705 Maple Road in the Town of Amherst, New York.

The project is located throughout the Town of Amherst, New York.
