Negative Declaration

Livingston County - The Town of Lima, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Lima Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the proposal by the Town of Lima and Lima Village Board of Trustees to adopt a Comprehensive Plan pursuant to NYS Town Law Section 272-a and NYS Village Law Section 7-722. The Comprehensive Plan includes an inventory of existing conditions, a set of policies and recommended actions to guide future land use development and community services, future land use plan maps, recommendations for infrastructure improvements, and recommendations for implementing the Plan. The project is located in the entire Town and Village of Lima, New York.

Wayne County - The Wayne County Water and Sewer Authority, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Huron Water District No. 5 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the extension of public water. Approximately 26,250 linear feet of 8 inch and 12 inch watermain will be installed in order to serve 49.5 equivalent dwelling units. In addition to the watermain, the project includes a pump station, hydrants, valves, road crossings, excavation and bedding materials, watermain connections, residential hook-ups, and surface restoration. Residents in this area are dependent upon individual groundwater supplies that historically have produced very low yields of poor quality water. The project is located along portions of Ridge Road, Clapper Road and Woodruff Road in the Towns of Huron and Wolcott, New York.

Wayne County - The Wayne County Water and Sewer Authority, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Sodus Water District No. 7 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the extension of public water. Approximately 44,550 linear feet of 8 inch and 12 inch watermain will be installed in order to serve 97 equivalent dwelling units. In addition to the watermain, the project includes hydrants, valves, road crossings, excavation and bedding materials, watermain connections, residential hook-ups, and surface restoration. Residents in this area are dependent upon individual groundwater supplies that historically have produced very low yields of poor quality water. The project is located along portions of North Road, Christian Holler Road, North Geneva Road, Newell Road, Boyd Road, Shaker Road and York Settlement Road in the Town of Sodus, New York.
