Saratoga County - The Town Board of the Town of Moreau, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law No. 3 of 2008 - Amendment to Zoning Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the amending of the Town Zoning Law to include senior 1 family dwellings in the one and two family (R-2) residential district. The project is located in the Town of Moreau, New York.

The action involves the construction and operation of a semiconductor manufacturing facility on approximately 220 acres within Development Area 1 of the Luther Forest Technology Campus (LFTC) within the Towns of Malta and Stillwater. The project is located in the Luther Forest Technology Campus, Malta, New York.

The action involves the construction, operation and maintenance of a wind energy facility consisting of 109 wind turbines (88 in the Town of Clinton and 21 in the Town of Ellenburg), along with associated access roads, electrical collection system and electrical substation. Each turbine will be approximately 400 feet tall when the blade is at highest point. The project is located in portions of the Towns of Clinton and Ellenburg, New York.
