Project Description:
The applicant proposes to modify the existing SPDES permit to have an operating season that is earlier than existing. The proposal is a start up date of May 1 instead of June 1. This will allow for the presence of staff on site in anticipation of the start up of the camp. A draft SPDES permit is available for review at the Stamford DEC office, please refer to SPDES #NY-0023787.

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The permit type is exempt or the activity is being reviewed in accordance with federal historic preservation regulations.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
